Pulse Oximeter Recommendation Request

Have a relative with high TIBC and low iron saturation. Anemia. He wants to start measuring O2 and pulse rate at rest and during exercise. He's not up on dealing with the hardware/data he needs to see.

Would like to get a recco from someone that is already using a unit that exports both O2 and pulse rate at least on a 15 second interval (5sec would be great) to a CSV file that can be pulled into a spreadsheet.

A price that didn't break the budget would be helpful, but we can bite the bullet for a system that actually does the job well.

I've researched a bunch on Amazon, etc, but I'm having difficulty getting detail about exactly what data gets exported in the CSV and it would be good to get this right the first time.

All suggestions and comments are welcome!!!
