Can your BIPAP makehour worse over time

I was diagnosed with MS in 1984. I am 100% service connected by the VA. Over time my ResMed AirCurve events per hour have been increasing leaving me exhausted fro the moment I getup. Is it time I get put on an Astral ventilator?

Welcome! This is an important question, and I’d encourage you to raise it with your doctor. In your shoes, I’d ask for a new sleep study, given how exhausted you’re feeling.

What is your AHI these days? And what did it used to be?
