Hey everyone.
I posted to apneaboard in order to find a good pressure for my therapy, and, after some experimenting, we finally found something that worked; ~7-10, Autoset, with EPR 3.
Great! I'm finally sleeping and finally feel well rested!
Then, for seemingly no reason, these results tapered off, leaving me back to square 1.
Why does this happen? I genuinely don't understand what could have been the trigger or cause for this random worsening.
Attached are some screenshots of my OSCAR data. https://imgur.com/a/2rMR06F
Note:
I felt the best on 7/2 despite only 2 hours of sleep
I took two, 3 hour long naps on 7/6
I didn't go to sleep until around 2:30 AM on 7/7
Why am I still so tired?
Why am I still so tired?

moving forward, may i suggest you stay in one thread?
makes it easier for folks to keep track of what's going on with your therapy.
good luck!

Re: Why am I still so tired?
I hate to be that guy, but would anyone mind dropping in their input? I know I'm not entitled to anyone's help, but I'm going to be going to bed soon and would like to have some idea of what to do to make sure I'm feeling nice and refreshed tomorrow

Re: Why am I still so tired?
People sleep differently on different nights for all kinds of reasons that have nothing to do with CPAP settings. You may just be seeing variation that is due to something else going on in your life.
I strongly recommend that you pick settings that have worked well for you in the past and then stick with them for at least a month. The idea of finding the magic settings that will always give you a good night's sleep is an idea that can actually be counterproductive.
You might also benefit from keeping notes every day on your subjective impression of the previous night, the total amount of time you spent on the machine, your bedtimes and rising times, your data concerning AHI, FLs, leaks, and snores, and other things that might be relevant (e.g., stress, screens at bedtime, noise, light, temperature of your bedroom, number of times you had to get up to pee, etc.). This could help you spot correlations or patterns that would give you better insight into your sleep.
