Massive mask leaks

Post by 3k9BAO » Fri May 26, 2023 12:20 pm

I have a Resmed S10 and use masks from FP, Philips and several different resmed

All have the same problem. Beautiful fits at the start of sleep but I wake up a few hours later with massive leaks coming out all sides of any mask. I tighten the straps, no difference, even tried loosening, nope, last night tried to hold my resmed F20 mask tight with my hand, still leaks.

I’m on auto pressure. Is it possible that the CPAP machine is the cause?

What are your pressure settings?

Have you looked at 'liners' from Secondwindcpap.com? Lots of people use those for mask leaks.

would suggest you mosey over to you tube and look up some mask fitting videos. use whichever mask you want in the search terms.

also, be advised that it's best to fit your mask while lying down

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
