I am a nose breather and use an N30i plus mouth tape to keep my jaw from dropping.
Machine: ResMed AS10 for Her w/Humdifier & ClimateLine Hose
Settings: Fixed at 8 cm H2O, EPR 1
Mask: ResMed N30i
Other: Kinesiology Tape

not for me. just keeps the lips together. i have to use a firm foam cervical collar to keep my jaw closed.

sigh. one more thing to wear to bed.

Totally understand. Glad the cervical collar works for you though. The things we do for a good night sleep. 😂
