New machine needed!!!

Hello from a Europe user, I haven't been here for a while.
So, I need a new auto-Cpap machine and I can't decide; 10AutoSet or 11autoset ???
-now I'm running on a 10 autoCpap but I would do an upgrade if it's worth it.
On the other hand, I would save some money if I buy the 10 Air auto, but maybe 11 is better, more reliable, and then it is worth the investment.
So the question is whether to continue on 10 or is it worth an upgrade?

From my research / reading either is fine…no material upgrades with the 11. Were it me I’d get the 10 and save some money.
