In my experience, a change in humidity and temp can make a surprisingly big difference.
Exactly. And the ResMed machine's let you do that in 0.2 increments, should you decide to up the minimum pressure.
Whichever change you make, try to stick to it for a week or so, unless it's truly unbearable.
Make only one change at a time.
It'll be a slow process - but that's necessary.
You may want to consider starting with putting EPR at 2 instead of at 3. My reasons for thinking of that as an option:
1) That's what usually affects OA's first, and yours keep appearing when the pressure drops. At a minimum of 8, with EPR=3, you're having an exhale pressure of 5 -- which is low, and letting your airway collapse before you inhale. Merely having a higher exhale pressure could help, without even upping the minimum.
2) Your best AHI results happen at EPR=2, or at EPR = ramp only. Granted, the mimimum is 10 at those points so we don't know for sure - but if it were my data, EPR is the next change I'd make (after seeing the effect of the humidity change).
