Re: Daily Data in Oscar
What he said, though usually less about "clear airway" (which is central) because unless you have a lot of them, they 're pretty insignificant.

Re: Daily Data in Oscar
What jumps out at me is your large-leak percentage. It'd be good to address that.
To post a daily chart, take a screenshot, then upload the image to an image-hosting service like Imgur, which will generate a link you can provide in your post. Unfortunately the site has run out of room for direct attachments.

Re: Daily Data in Oscar
Here is one of my highest AHI nights
https://freeimage.host/i/Hk8PWv9
I use a N30i mask. It has been the most quiet and every time you turn, and I turn a lot, it leaks. If I tighten it too much it does not work correctly.
Back to my original question if any of these or all go above 5 AHI then I have a problem ?
Thanks again

Re: Daily Data in Oscar
That question cannot be answered accurately because the large leaks are so bad we don't know if the AHI is below 5.0 because nothing happened or if the machine simply couldn't record or respond accurately with that much leak going on.
Maybe it missed a whole bunch of events when the leak was so bad for so long.
You need to figure out what you can do to significantly reduce those really big leaks and the duration of them.
A little large leak we can live with but not this much large leak.

Re: Daily Data in Oscar
To clarify: your AHI as reported by your machine is the number of obstructive apneas plus central apneas plus hypopneas you had during the night, divided by the number of hours you were on the machine.
It isn’t the number of events in each of those categories.
It isn’t the number of events in each of those categories.
