New user need help fitting mask

I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea. After waiting for over a month, I decided to just order the CPAP from CPAP.com instead of waiting on the DME.

I decided on the Resmed 11 and I'm looking at the Resmed air fit f30i.

I printed out the templates, read the instructions and am having trouble.

If I call CPAP.com tomorrow are they able to help me?

It would be nice if my doctor's DME offered help, but they have not.

You might want to try Resmed's sites active help vidoes or YouTube as well. Seach using Resmed F30i and there should be helpful videos.
