your opinion on min Pressure setting ?

Difficult night: need to dry my mask which starts to leak when it is wet (mouth tape not waterproof enough).

Airsense 11, FFM F20
min P = 10, Max P = 19, EPR = 3

My question:
arrival around 4:20 of a strong rise of FL's.
If my min P had been = 11 vs 10, would the pressure rise swing have been faster to break the FL's and prevent the H's ?
Trade off: more swing but more risk of leakage ...

NB: strange to see that the worst O2 desaturations happen when I am reading in my bed (without apneas !), trying to find my sleep.

Your minimum pressure looks low. Increasing it will likely reduce Flow Limitations, Hypopneas and those swings.

A little extra minimum pressure may not impact leaks at all, show your leak graph so we can see if there is a correlation between pressure and leaks. The solution to leaks is to adjust mask, mouth-tape, change mask, not to sacrifice therapy.

It looks like you spend a lot of time at 11 or higher. I would recommend you try 11 for a while and see how you do.

I'd go with a minimum of 12.
