CPAP and alcohol
CPAP and alcohol
Was identified as having sleep apnea 7 years ago. Got a full face mask CPAP machine. I drink alcohol almost daily, sometimes 8-10 ounces of distilled spirit. Hangovers have disappeared completely, no exaggeration. Have missed only two nights of CPAP usage in 7 years, but when I did, hangovers were back with a vengeance. I am very likely "hooked" on alcohol, but I am 100% hooked on CPAP!

Too much booze will kill you anyway.
I've seen it happen.

Almost daily? I suggest you drink daily. But only four ounces.
