ResMed Airfit F 30i Mask Issue

Post by BobbyS » Wed Dec 14, 2022 8:09 pm

I have a ResMed CPAP machine and an Airfit F30i mask. The issue I am having is when I exhale the mask does not expel my air fast enough. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?

The vents on the front of the mask are more than adequate.
Are you experiencing difficulty exhaling?
Is your EPR not set?

What specific CPAP, pressure, EPR, ramp, etc, settings? It all impacts comfort and therapy.

Do you have an SD card in the CPAP? OSCAR installed? If so seeing some graphs would be most helpful.

I just switched to this mask from a Mirage Quattro and have not noticed any issue with the exhaled air not leaving the mask quick enough. The venting port on the front as well as the top seem to be very generous with how much air they blow out.
