OSCAR data for new CPAP user

Post by OnlineAl » Wed Jul 13, 2022 7:44 am

Hey everyone, new to CPAP but was diagnosed with sleep apnea (sleep study said my AHI was 7 but my wife says I snore like crazy, stop breathing in sleep, wake up unrested, etc..). I followed the rules in the OSCAR thread about how to take a screenshot of my data which I believe I did so correctly. I don't have any specific questions but I am an analytic nerd and would just like to get some input on how my data looks or anything else that I may need to address to fully dial in my machine.

Thank you

How in the world did you end up with those teeny tiny impossible to see graphs?
Do they look like the examples here?

http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t1585 ... eview.html

How are you sleeping in general?
How are you feeling?

The AHI is technically low enough most likely but there is a bit of excess "clutter" IMHO on the events graph.
Your machine isn't wanting to go very high at all...not sure if it even needs to if you are sleeping great and feeling great but I am thinking if that were my report I would try a little more minimum pressure just to see if the snores and FLs cleaned up a bit.
