My best numbers in over 10 years!

Post by Conrad » Mon Jul 11, 2022 7:25 am

I had a great night's sleep last night and when I checked out my numbers this morn I can see why.

For the first time ever, I had ZERO events! I also had zero leaks but it's not the first time for that.

For comparison, I've been averaging just over 2 for my AHI readings with the current settings.

Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many...

It takes less time to do a thing right than to explain why you did it wrong.

congrats! while we don't chase zero, we can certainly welcome it when it comes.

I don't care what anyone says, everybody loves getting a 0.0 night.

Every morning, after pressing the off button I look over at my sleep report screen hoping to see 0.0.

I threw two no-hitters this week!

I got an AHI of 0.14 last night. There was 1 CA about 5 minutes after I started the machine. I woke up early today, around 6:10. I guess I only need 7 hours of sleep. But I just looked back and see a 0.00 on Friday 7/8. Yay! I started daily and rescue inhalers for my newly diagnosed asthma on 7/7. It's nice to be able to breathe.
