BEST FIT FOR A VERY LONG FACE
I HAVE A CLIENT WITH A VERY LONG FACE THAT REQUIRES A FULL FACE MASK. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY HELPFULL IDEAS
I don't have an answer for you, sorry.
But I'm sure soon you will get some good advice.
And if you don't, you might consider sending a PM to Rested Gal. She seems to know quite a bit about the masks, and if she doesn't, she knows the whereabouts of suitable forum links or other links that might help. Hopefully someone with a similar sized face can answer. Welcome to the forum. Good luck with getting suggestions.

Re: BEST FIT FOR A VERY LONG FACE
Scott, I was just fitted this morning with a Fisher and Paykel Flexi-Fit HC431 full face mask. In addition to being an "over the chin" type mask, it also comes with a larger seal that you or the patient can install themselves. Might this be a possibility? Good luck with this.SCOTT GORDON wrote:I HAVE A CLIENT WITH A VERY LONG FACE THAT REQUIRES A FULL FACE MASK. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY HELPFULL IDEAS

SCOTT GORDON,
My suggestion would be to work on avoiding the full face mask. Why does the patient need a full face. IMO working toward succesful use of a nasal pillow interface is beneficial to long term compliance. There are strategies to accomplish this.
