Some questions please so we can have more/better history.
Where do you live?
This looks like a home sleep study and not an in lab sleep study report? Is that correct?
During this assumed home sleep study did you wear anything around your chest or abdomen? Some sort of belt maybe???
The reason I ask is that the report only shows "apneas" as one category but doesn't tell us what kind of apnea and the 2 different categories are very different in treatments. The CA category you see on the OSCAR report is clear airway/central apneas and treatment for central apneas can be totally different from treatment for obstructive apneas or hyponeas that are obstructive in nature.
Was it limited to some little prongs up your nose and a device clamped on to your finger?
Did you stay on your back the entire time? Was there some sort of device attached to monitor your position in bed?
It doesn't seem to report sleep stages at all so no way to determine sleep status....did you wear any sort of leads attached to your face or head?
Looks like maybe a type 4 sleep study report which is a limited study.
Go here and figure out what kind of study was done

As for settings....results of any sleep study doesn't/can't give us any idea as to best settings to use.
Even more so when the results of the home sleep study doesn't tell us what we are fighting...central apneas or obstructive apneas since the plan of attack depends on what we are fighting.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
