Does hanging your mask stretch the strap?

Does anyone hang their mask by the strap? Does it stretch out over time? Thanks.

More likely to stretch from wearing than hanging, but most likely do not wash it that often I think.

I don't think that the strap would stretch a significant amount, the whole thing is fairly light in weight. Even if it did stretch a bit, it's adjustable, right?
