New ASV user, could do with some pointers

Post by WarriorWorrier » Wed Nov 03, 2021 1:14 pm

Hello,

just started on a RESMED s9 ASV machine, to help treat my UARS. I am self-treating so have got little idea of how to get the best out of my machine. OSCAR is a wonderful tool but i don't know how to read it in a way that would help me with either my settings or with mask fitting. Additionally i have real trouble keeping it on past about 3am, so any advice would be great

Anywho, here is my OSCAR data from last night. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

I hate to break it to you but the ASV machine wasn't ever designed to treat UARS and it doesn't collect any data that is going to help you try to tweak the settings to get the results you want.

You are going to have to try to rely on subjective feelings and not data that is available to you from the machine.
