Dehydration

Post by reacherj » Thu Sep 16, 2021 9:03 am

I have a dehydration problem using my cpap. Turning up the humidifier is not sufficient. I drink water whenever I am awake which is about 4 times a night. Are there other solutions for dehydration?

When you mention dehydration, is your main issue a dry mouth? And could you tell us what kind of mask you use?

I suspect high sodium consumption, or diabetes.
See your doctor.
