6 months in, need help

Post by Beat OSA » Sun Aug 01, 2021 12:07 am

Hello everyone. I've been using cpap for 6 months and it completely transforms my life, to say the least. I've been much more energetic during the day with the same hours of sleep. I've even lost 10+ KG.
However, I think my best experience with cpap is the 2nd month. Since then my experience with cpap is suboptimal, both in terms of numbers and subject feeling.
Any help is welcome.

Your less-good numbers are still very good. Could you say more about what the subjective downturn is like? Do you feel less rested during the day? Or do the nights feel choppier? Or ....?

I do see your leak rates were generally lower in March. Is it possible your weight loss means you need to readjust your mask? And is it possible the leaks are disturbing your sleep?

I'd be interested to see another chart when you have a chance to post again. Could you turn off VS2, which conveys very little useful information and clutters up the charts? And could you fit the following into a single screen shot:

Left panel with calendar turned off
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Snores.

No need to provide other graphs. If you need to squeeze the graphs, just grab the horizontal gray bars that separate them and push the bars up.
