Is this flow normal?

Post by CowFish » Sun Jul 11, 2021 11:42 am

I have been feeling a little tired lately. It could be a lot of factors, but looking at some posts here, I was wondering about my CPAP therapy. What do you think?

It's a little flow limited.

Thank you, PaleRider.

I wonder if raising the pressure would help me sleep more restfully? I'm at 10 - 20 with no EPR. The 95% is usually 11.5 - 12.0.

I do get some aerophagia. Not sure how I would do at higher pressures.

Without knowing what your pressure is doing, all I could do is guess... but bumping the minimum to 11 might help.

on the aerophagia thing? you could bump up in increments of .2 until you hit the aerophagia. it might be better that jumping up too fast and will give your body time to adjust.
