I’ve been using a ResMed machine for a couple of years now but just got a replacement machine they screen on the new machine differs from the screen on the old machine. The main difference is that on the old machine I could see my ahi score, for whatever it was worth, when I woke up. Now I just see humidifier? and whether I have a good or bad leak situation. Then says I have to go to the my air app to see what my AHI score was. Is this a new feature in some newer software? I actually don’t like it as much even though I know the a HI score on the screen was not completely accurate. I’ve attached some pictures just in case anybody doesn’t understand what I’m talking about. Is this new?
Thanks for any thoughts.

Got it figured. I wouldn’t have had any idea if not for your suggestion. Thanks again.
Re: Change in ResMed info screen?
For anyone reading this and wondering what we are talking about. The Sleep Report....
There are 2 versions of data given on the AirSense 10 machines LCD screen....either hours of use or AHI, pressure, leak and even break down of AHI (sort of).
The 2 versions you see of the sleep report data are controlled setting a little feature in the clinical menu is set to.
The feature is called "Essentials"...you have to go to the clinical menu setup area to get to it.
When Essentials is set to "ON"...you get the most basic hours of use ...this is the default from factory setting.
but when you change it to "PLUS" you get more detailed data....and you can expand it a bit and see a little more if you wish to do a bit of scrolling in the Sleep Report. Just make a note that that the parameter for the expanded data is for a 30 day average but you can change it to a different parameter if you wish. Be aware though that this parameter of 30 days for the additional screen data will get reset to 30 if the machine loses power for some reason. The 30 days is the factory default that the machine goes back to if the machine loses power and has to reboot.
Losing power doesn't change the Essentials setting though.
This 30 day, or 1 week or 1 day parameter is something that a person has to scroll to though in order to see it...it's more detailed than the brief sleep report where you see the AHI and hours of use and smiley or frowny face for leak management.
The reason I mention the 30 day thing is often people don't realize that those additional data points...95% pressures and leaks...are averages and sometimes averages don't change very fast especially once more nights of use get in the mix.
and you can't get to the next screen to see the extra details without having Essentials set to Plus.

Sadly, some bozo has chosen to set the default to "dummy".
We are here to help you fix that.

I defaulted to dummy a long time ago.
