New pillow --> higher AHI?
I know it sounds kind of stupid, at least to me, but I started using a different pillow which is flatter, and now I'm registering a higher AHI due to hypopneas. Wonder if not being as elevated as usual is leading to partial obstructions? Nothing else has really changed.

Re: New pillow --> higher AHI?
Don't know, but neck position affects the airway. I wear a foam cervical collar to hold my neck in the best position for airway patency. (It also helps prevent jaw drop.)

Increased to what from what? Ya know, people have come here complaining because their AHI increased to 1.1 from 0.8.
