Pugsy,
Being fairly new to the board, I have no clue to your background, and obvious understanding of the problem, as well as the cure....
Regardless, just nice that in a very bizarre time in our world, there are still people that want to help others......and I for one appreciate it!!

Regards,
Mike
in case you are wondering, she's not a paid professional. but she's been here since 2009(!) and has given all and sundry good advice.

she'll deny it, but she never forgets anything.

we all are very fortunate to have her here.

Good Day All,
So I had a repeat last night with a 4.6! Fewer hours slept at 4, probably because I wasn’t as tired as usual, having had a couple good nights!!

Again, thanks to Pugsy and all that have, and continue to contribute to me feeling closer to human again!! So appreciated!

Mike

So by way of update, I’ve spent the last 7 or 8 days bouncing around with some 6’s, some 4’s, may one 11, etc., but feeling way better than I have in a good long while....
So last night I decided to edge up my minimum to 13.5, from 13. Result was an awesome 3.1, with over six and a half hours sleep. This is fantastic for me!
Just another THANKS to Pugsy and crew for helping get me back to feeling well!!

Thanks,
Mike

Considering what you came from these results are spectacular.
Give it a couple of weeks and then maybe....maybe...try 14 minimum and see what happens if you want to. Probably not urgent but you might be curious.
