My mattress is still in very good shape. However, I sleep so "hard" and deeply know my shoulder is bearing too much weight.....will try to do some stretching and strengthening exercises as well. Thanks, Swesleepy!sewsleepy wrote: Jaye, I also sleep mainly on one side. I do get some shoulder pain at times, I have a routine of shoulder exercise and stretching that I try to keep at and that helps a lot. Also if the mattress is too hard or has begun to sag in the middle it can put more pressure on the shoulder.
Sounds like we all have some interesting habits/coping medchanisms....

Mine runs between the headboard and the mattress; about 3-4 feet to where my pillow is. (The machine is on the left side of the bed.) The excess hose just makes a loop past my pillow. If I turn back to the machine the hose will come with me. Works well enough, but I haven't tried tying it off to the headboard.
