Back on my CPAP
Back on my CPAP
I stopped cpap for a while, anyways I felt bad so I got a mask and back on it I use a dream station my ahi before was under 5 now it’s 10 is it normal to be high until I’m used to it? Last night was my first time back on it
Re: Back on my CPAP
Which Dreamstation, what mask, what pressures, any meds?
Download Oscar and post in this thread per instructions and we can see what's what. There are way too many variables to account for that you haven't mentioned, like how long you were on Cpap before, how long were you off, how long have you been back on it, etc etc.

Re: Back on my CPAP
Any chance being your first night back at it you were awake a lot with the "new" sensations? If so, those numbers may not be sleep apnea events, but breathing irregularities while awake.

Re: Back on my CPAP
It's great you've returned to treatment. Your AHI is too high, and people here can help you try to get it down. But first they'll need to see some Oscar charts. Please let us know if you have any trouble downloading and using Oscar.
