I am new 59 ahi

I just got the machine three days ago, I am curious will it help things like blood pressure and also I have a runny nose?

I don't think it will stop a runny nose...they have Kleenex for that

Yes, it should. But it may be three months or so before you notice the difference.

If you are taking medication for hypertension, the dose may need to be adjusted. When hypertension is resistant to medication – ie, does not improve while on meds – that can be due to undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea.

Conversely, once CPAP treatment is started and begins to show an effect, a lesser dose the dose of medication may be possible.

As to the runny nose, if you have allergies (like me) there is often a small morning buildup
that was prevented from falling out on my face, and it will make me sneeze until I blow it out.
