Thanks all, will give it a go tonight.

I am not sure if it’s worse when I sleep in different positions too.

Since we moved I’ve been sleeping on my back more as the bed now makes side sleeping harder, whereas before I’d probably always sleep on my side for a chunk of the night, not all night though.
sorry for the background noise. pay it no attention, i think the troll won't last long.

but more importantly, how are YOU doing with the aerophagia?

Its not trolling its a genuine response to a culture of dis-regard on this board.

That being said, I have currently stopped cpap because of aerophagia, which I never experienced ever in my life before CPAP. The scary part is that two weeks after stopping CPAP this condition is still occuring! Have nay of you experienced that?

I would like to use CPAP but the aerophagia is wrecking my quality of life. Have adjusted with my doc to no avail.

Was using full facemask P30, turned ramp off, EPR 3. Tried nasal pillows way to uncomfortable.

Also still occasionally get the "cant get enough breath" feeling which now has moved into the non-cpap part of my life.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Best, Mojowrkn

Enough with the name calling.

Thread was hijacked and then got ugly....it won't anymore.

Thread is now locked.

If someone actually wants help...start a new thread of their own. If someone just wants to go name calling or bitching...go somewhere else. Further crap talk will be removed forth with.
