AirSense 10 versus System One 60 Series

Post by JoeWingrove » Tue Nov 17, 2020 9:08 pm

Is there a big difference between how the ResMed AirSense 10 records events versus the REMStar System One 60 Series records events? Recently I have gotten a new cpap machine and it is the AirSense 10 and I have noticed that the events recorded each night as reported by Oscar and the ResMed software show around a .5 AHI when it was showing around a 1.4 with my old machine. I seem to be getting a better nights sleep with the new machine but wondering if it is because of the upgrade to the new system or just my imagination. I also switched to an AirFit F30i mask from an Amara View mask if that matters much but they are similar styles and differ where the hose connects.

Thanks for that link and it does explain a lot of what I had seen so far with the new machine.
