Aircurvw x=commcation

My AircurveSugestions 10 has lost communication with my provider. It used to work and showed thre bars signal strength It now shows a circle with a back slash through it. Any suggestions?

i know nothing about your machine. so i did a google search. didn't get any results except for some images.

are you certain on the name of the product?

the only suggestion i have is to contact whoever you bought it from.

Early AirSense and AirCurve 10 used CDMA cellular technology, they now use 3G.

Cell providers have been shutting down the the older CDMA over the last few years. If your device is CDMA then it's likely CDMA is no longer supported.

If you look on the back of your machine you should find under the IC number and FCC ID a code ending with AIR10CDMA or AIR103G.

The circle with a slash through it means you have lost your wireless connection. It could be something as simple as a cell tower in your area being down for some reason, or your wireless modum may have failed.
