SP0 Question

Here is 3 hours on the O2 monitor from my daughter. She' never had a sleep study. Does anything in the results indicate apnea to anybody? Thanks

No!

SPO2 by itself does not indicate Sleep Apnea. She needs a Sleep Test if you think she has it.....

I don't see any desats of significance. The sharp drops are probably loss of contact artifacts.

The lack of significant desats itself doesn't mean no apnea though. Not everyone will show significant desats with sleep apnea.
I have a friend on cpap with an in lab sleep study AHI of over 60 who never went below 94% from a baseline of 98% and that range is within the normal drop for when we sleep.
