CPAP Software

I am a new CPAP user with a Resmed AirSense10. I am desperate for some software that I can use to interpret my full results. I had read about Sleepyhead but it seems to have been withdrawn. What software can you recommend? I feel like my technicians and doctors are idiots or simply not paying attention.

Sleepyhead has been replaced with OSCAR and can be found here: https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/
