Do you take any meds of any kind? If so, what?

Since UARS is more arousal related I suggest you learn how to scroll through your flow rate breath by breath to learn to spot arousals.
It's a way of measuring sleep quality. Lots of arousals from anything mean crappy sleep quality and crappy sleep quality means you feel crappy during the day.

What makes you think you have UARS? have you ever had a sleep study? From what your machine data is suggesting, even with huge leaks you're not logging breathing events....which points to not a significant problem, even UARS. take a detailed look at the flow curve, if it's nice and round at the top, consistently, you're breathing fine.
