Read the newbie posts, so hopefully the image is correct.
I am a 22 year old, healthy man who exercises and eats healthy. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea with the details of my visit in my other "Low AHI.." post. My cpap machine is comfortable for me to use most of the time and I can get to sleep with no problem, however, even after an exhausting day - I am only able to get around an hour and a half of sleep at night. Sometimes when I wake up I feel completely refreshed, other times I feel groggy and fall asleep again then wake up an hour later just to repeat that. I do not know the issue here.
Hopefully with this image, I can receive some feedback.

Did I do something wrong?
Re: CPAP Oscar Analysis Help - Low AHI, still cannot sleep.
It's really helpful when people try to keep their questions in one thread so everyone can see what might have been offered in terms of ideas so we don't have to go asking the same questions again and again. Most people won't go taking the time to go looking in your posting history for past threads.
Here's your prior thread with essentially the same problem.

As for your problem...
Did you ever google sleep maintenance insomnia like I suggested in your other thread?
You have crappy sleep quality going on...and not enough hours of sleep with cpap which in turn guarantees feeling like crap no matter how low the AHI is.
You need more hours of sleep using the cpap machine....you gotta figure out why you can't sleep long enough...and the cause isn't related to your settings or AHI. Something else is at work here.

Thanks.
I thought that since I had different images now; it’d be helpful to post a new thread. I’ve looked up many things about insomnia but it’s hard trying to actually find the one contributing factor.

Also, sleep maintenance insomnia seems to be associated with poor sleep preparation related to behavior, but I do a good job of staying active and prepping my room for a good nights sleep.
