I am buying a new bipap machine and would appreciate any help in knowing which is the best machine to buy.

IMHO the best "bilevel" machine would be the ResMed brand.
Respironics term "bipap" is their marketing term for their bilevel machines.
ResMed doesn't use the term bipap...they use the term "bilevel".
If looking at new models...I would suggest looking at the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto....which is ResMed's bilevel auto adjusting model.

The only people that make a 'bipap' is Respironics.
The best *bilevel* is from Resmed, the Aircurve 10 VAuto.
