Help Needed: Oscar Analysis Questions

Post by frustratedsleeper » Mon May 11, 2020 6:50 pm

Hello, I recently got my SD card fo my Cpap machine and would like my Oscar data analyzed.

I would like to know what information I need to provide from Oscar to make it as easy as possible for people to analyze it.

Also, should I provide information for several days or is one day good enough?

If it were possible for someone to list how and what I should do to make the information I gather from Oscar as comprehensive as possible, it would be very much appreciated.

Thank you 🙏

Read the stickies at the top of the forum page - it's all there... what to post, what not to include, how to do what... read it.

hello. first, if you would be so kind, put your charts in your original thread. this makes things easier for those that are going to help you. saves looking every where for your info. that thread is-

viewtopic/t179198/CPAP--Low-AHI-still-c ... ssure.html

second, as julie says there is a post above that explains it. but it's been reported that some users can't see it. so see the "newbie" post that i link below in my signature. in either case, there will be references to "sleepyhead" in the newbie thread. just substitute "oscar" and you'll be right.

and just to be THAT guy, here is how the experts are going to want to see your charts ordered-

Suggested Support Order for your charts
Event Flags
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow Limit (Only for Resmed machines, not on Respironics)

the link for the above is this-

wiki/index.php/Oscar:organize#How_to_order_the_charts

good luck!!
