With CPAP 94% mask fit / 42 AHI

Never seen anyone on here have a 46 AHI while on the CPAP. Great mask fit. 94%

In home study was in the 20s.

Sleeping at a 45% incline, on my side.

The only thing I can think of is the pressure is way too low. Using an automatic CPAP.

Central Sleep apnea has increased.

Has anyone seen this before and is it dangerous to try the CPAP again tonight? Since it’s all getting worse.

My sleep doctor isn’t responsive.

This data demonstrates the limitations of the proprietary apps - it shows you have a problem but really doesn't give any useful information. Your need to use Oscar, as advised in your other thread.

Your machine is setup in such a manner that it can't do a good job dealing with things.
EZ-Start is being used which limits your pressure responses. You need more pressure but EZ Start is blocking it.
