I don't know what to make of those very minor changes in the flow rate graph. If you slept through it ....I wouldn't worry about it.
Our breathing changes a lot during the night anyway. I am not real good at evaluating much of anything other than awake vs asleep breathing and even then it's not always black and white.

It does sound like you might be having those normal nasal cycle issues that we can have from time to time.
Sometimes I wake up and one side of my nose is totally blocked but clears up once I am up out of bed after just a few minutes.
And yes, usually the side that is down will be the congested side.
It has to do with blood vessel gorging causing some swelling in the nasal mucosa.
You can google "nasal cycle" if you haven't already.
I use a nasal mask and I can move enough air through one nostril to be totally comfortable though....so it's a non issue for me.

Usually when nasal congestion is related to humidity (either not enough or too much) the nasal congestion is bilateral and not just one sided.

Good Morning

This is my graph from last night (3rd night with the P30i, was using dreamwear nasal prior-hoping the pillows would be more effective against any nose congestions). Dialed down on the pressure (hoping it would be more comfortable that way), and did not bother to tape my mouth. I still woke up middle of the night, but at least I didn't have to bother going to the washroom or resetting the autoramp EPR feature before going back to sleep....

My question is..... 1. Does my leak rate look acceptable at this point, nothing that indicates I need to tape my mouth full time or go FFM for now? 2. I am guessing keeping this pressure setting wouldn't be too bad since my AHI is still relatively low? Anything else looks off on my graph?

Still not feeling very rested. Hoping I will have enough time before going back to work to get my sleep duration longer, but its a very slow process...

Thanks

I wouldn't be bothering to tape my mouth with leak results like you had last night. No where near bad enough to need to be worrying about taping.
You didn't even hit large leak territory at all.
I also would be changing the pressure either. There's simply no need.

Lost track of whether you've ever tried a FF mask... and why not if not?

Your min. pressure could definitely be a bit higher as it looks like it really wants to go there.

We don't know what the pressure wants to do at this point. It is going to 7.8 and staying there because the settings are 7.6 min and 7.8 max. Essentially a fix pressure setting.
For some reason he has elected to use these settings and actually they seem to be working well.
The bulk of the AHI is central and more pressure won't fix things.
It might want to go higher do deal with the FLs but he's been having a lot of nasal congestion and we don't know how much of that minimally active FL graph is related to nasal congestion.
