Are you monitoring your therapy with software so you can see what's happening during you sleep?
Do you know what your settings are?
Do you have a Clinical/Provider Manual to get into your settings to see what they are?
You probably won't feel any improvement until YOU take control of YOUR therapy. Get smarter quicker.

If you don't have a manual, get one!
Download one and go through your settings.......and write them ALL down.

The problem may be too much sleep. If you are an adult, 7-8 hours is healthy. Studies show that under 5 and over 9 can be very unhealthy.

It is very doubtful that adding a CPAP to a sleep routine would actually increase exhaustion. Look elsewhere. Good luck.

Are you sleeping or just in bed with a mask on and machine running, awake mostly. :(

Den is giving you very good advice.
Take it and post some charts on here for the experts to look at.

welcome to the zoo! as you may have begun to suspect, your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about. if you have been on the machine for six months, you shouldn't be feeling this way.

it's likely that your therapy isn't optimized. that is, the machine's settings aren't set properly for YOU and your apnea. if you want to take charge of your own therapy and get results, i would suggest that you download the free software program called oscar. look for the link to the download in my sig.

once you get that and capture a few of the graphs it generates, you can then post them here, in this thread, for the seasoned veterans here to examine and advise.

you can do this. this CAN work.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
