Newbie with no data on new Dreamstation

Post by django1 » Sun Jan 19, 2020 3:18 pm

Hello,
So I have a new Dreamstation which I purchased on the net, so no provider. I'm not getting any data, either on the machine in the Provider Mode Screens or on the Dreammapper app. I've gone through the guides that I have and I'm at a total loss for ideas on what to do. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

There's five or six different 'dreamstation' machines, not all even have data.

Which one do you have? wiki/index.php/CPAP_models

Thanks for your reply. I have the Auto and I believe that the number is 500 (I'm in Canada, the number that I see is CAX500t12). Today I do have a few things on the provider screen under info. The DreamMapper connects and downloads... nothing

DreamMapper is iffy in terms of connection and it may have a problem with your being in Canada.
Even if you could get it...you don't get much.

Use available software and get the detailed data....much more comprehensive than what you can see on the LCD screen or with DreamMapper.

Upgrade your profile equipment listing, as per shown on the chart.

I'm afraid I don't know what the "chart" you are referring to is.

He gave you the link to that chart in his first response to you.

You model number is the The Philips Respironics DreamStation Auto CPAP Machine.

This machine - which is the same one I have - does support OSCAR and Dreammapper. If it came without an SD card, you can but one inexpensively.
