How long until you feel results

I'm so happy to see this message board! I've been using my CPAP around 50 days and still don't feel this great change that I keep hearing about. How long did it take for users to feel the difference? Thank you!

this varies from person to person. there is no one set time period. and usually, you will start to "feel better" gradually.

i've never been one for springing out of bed in the morning with a smile on my lips and a song in my heart. and that didn't change with cpap and treated apnea.

it may well be that your machine isn't set up correctly to give you the optimum therapy.

how about you tell us which machine and mask you are using? different folk use different machines and masks and even different combos of the two.
