Based on 90 days experience with this new headset early 2019, I ordered 2 of them on ebay a few days ago. They were delivered yesterday and I slept with one of them last night. Great item and no slip.

I still wish that Respironics would have allowed me to keep the "trial mask" as they called it, but they wanted it back.

First night with the new headgear. Philips has a winner here; much more stable. It even fits my Resmed N30i; I like "multi-taskers"!

I have had 2 nights with my new Dreamwear headgear with arms. Love it! I will keep using it instead of the headgear that came with my N30i. I am hoping my DME will agree to let me order the N30i mask frame & cushion & allow me to substitute the headgear with the dreamwear headgear with arms for future shipments. I have asked them, but haven't received a reply yet. I will continue to pay for the headgear out of pocket if necessary.

I like my Resmed N30i, but now that I have attached the new Dreamwear nasal headgear with arms to it, I love it even better. But, I am asking my DME to send me the Dreamwear Nasal frame this time so that I can see if that fixes my "leaking" issue that I had previously with the Dreamwear nasal. My DME does not have the new headgear with arms in stock, so I asked that they just send me the frame and I would order the new headgear out of pocket. The order goes out on Jan 18th. I am going to try the Dreamwear nasal one more time with the new headgear with arms. CPAP.com does not have the new headgear available yet either, but I ordered one tonight from another CPAP company. I will keep my current headgear attached to my N30i and use the new one for my Dreamwear nasal mask. I may find I still prefer the N30i, but at least I have better headgear for it now.

I've been waiting for my regular online supplier to stock them as well.

I have found an online Canadian Supplier that has them:

SleepEh.ca but the price looks pretty steep.

$55.00 (CAD) + $15.00 (CAD) Shipping.

I ordered mine from The CPAP Shop. I would have used CPAP.com if they had them in stock. I did check CPAP.com first. If you google dreamwear headgear with arms you will find several suppliers. The going rate is $38.00 plus shipping cost. I paid $42.50 for the headgear & cheapest shipping rate. I live in Texas.
