My first 2 weeks of C-PAP use was great. Now I am having what feel like extremely long nightmares every night and my emotions are very unstable. Is the C-Pap usage possible of causing this?
Thanks for the help.
C-PAP Nightmares
Re: C-PAP Nightmares
We dream during REM. CPAP frequently increases the length and depth of REM sleep. Generally a good thing.

No.
But, your CPAP therapy might not be optimized - leaks, wrong pressure settings, other problems. Please read the sticky at the top of the index page - Sticky: Newbies PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
Then, post again in this thread.
Welcome!

Not having your apnea treated properly will cause you to remember more dreams, possibly nightmares.
Post some charts.
