Oscar and CPAP Data on SD card

Post by mrfulk@yahoo.com » Mon Nov 18, 2019 9:34 am

I downloaded Oscar and pulled info from my CPAP SD card. Not all the info came across. Does this look correct? Please see attached, couldn't print the daily, said no graphs. Any suggestions? Did I do something wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

Your machine is the AirSense 10 CPAP....and it has very limited data available and isn't compatible with OSCAR.
You would need ResScan software but to be honest the data that is available on the LCD screen is all that ResScan would show anyway.

You need to go into the clinical setup menu and change Essentials from "On" to "Plus" and then you can see all the details the machine can give you on the LCD screen.

This model machine is a half assed data machine.
It will give you hours used....a generic AHI with no event category breakdown....and pressure used. That's it.
No graphs or anything else.
You need a full efficacy data machine to get all the other detailed stuff.

They gave you the bare bones basic cheapest machine they could. Your insurance pays the same for the half assed brick as for a full data machine....They are putting profit over what is best for you. I would ask them to swap it out for the AirSense 10 AutoSet if it was me and maybe push for the for Her model as well.

Thanks for the feedback. Attached is what I get from myair app. It seems to get me the basic info and I can at least track this stuff.

MyAir is often "down" and people complain about it often but you still have the data that is available on the LCD screen and eventually MyAir will catch up.
It will at least give you an overall big picture of how things are going.
Works fine as long as you are sleeping good and feeling good and not having any problems that would require more detailed investigation.

1.6 events an hour from my air is a good figure as that represents an AHI of 1.6 and we target a value of less then 2
