OSCAR FIRST TIME USER

hi everyone


someone pointed me in the direction of this forum and said it was very helpful,
I have been using a resmd for around 3 months and just started using oscar,
can you let me know what i should be looking out for?

i am not sure what is normal but look at this.....

welcome aboard! please see my link below. it talks about sleepyhead software. just think oscar every time you see sleepyhead.

the link will guide you through how the experts here want to see your charts. also, when you get time, please fill in your equipment profile. once you do, it'll show up under every one of your posts, as mine does below. we don't all have the same equipment and it could be very important to know in order to get good advice.
