Aircurve10 caution pressure
Does this thing work? Upgraded from my old Resmed which worked great. I had the Aircurve working last night pretty good after adjusting clinical settings 14.5 and 21.5. Only had .8 percent occurrences. Tonight I put it on and the pressure feels so low that I can’t see how it could possibly keep my apnea’s down. How can this be? Check the settings and they are the same as last night. Pissed and frustrated.

Re: Aircurve10 caution pressure
Even with Ramp off, my Vauto ramps the pressure up slowly over about 10 to 15 seconds. Personally, I would prefer that it just blast up to full pressure as fast as possible, but it's not a big deal.

While I agree with you, that was not my point. At all.ragtopcircus wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 8:36 amEven with Ramp off, my Vauto ramps the pressure up slowly over about 10 to 15 seconds. Personally, I would prefer that it just blast up to full pressure as fast as possible, but it's not a big deal.
If a user reports on their second night the pressure seems low (compared to their baseline), the fist thing I wonder is do they have a ramp set. If you are expecting 15 and your ramp is set to start at 4 or 5, the pressure will seem pretty low. Next place I would suggest (since the OP has not returned), is to check that the humidifier is inserted all of the way. Also, check hose connections (both to the unit and to the mask).

Understood, but I didn’t intend that as a comment on or reply to your post.TropicalDiver wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 6:33 pmWhile I agree with you, that was not my point.
