It's GREAT you're feeling better today! Don't worry if you have ups and downs, and don't worry if you need to make your changes to settings somewhat gradually. You are pointed in the right direction, and that's what counts.

Keep posting charts and letting us know how it goes, would you?

Thank you Dog Slobber for the comparison. Wow your graphs from the previous night look very neat with no erratic patterns! Thank you for the reassurance!

Thank you palerider for the youtube video! Now that explains what flow limitation and other events are. That's very helpful especially to newbies.

Here's my graphs from last night. Minimum was set at 15 and max was at 20. Should I continue to increase the minimum? Or should I just let this be for now and see what happens in the next nights? Thanks much!

I'd bump the min to 16, and see what happens... but if you want to wait a few nights, that's ok too.... up to you :)

Elaine do you have any update graphs. I'm curious to see ho your theropy is going.

Palerider, do you think that Elaine will benefit more from a Bilevel device such as the VAuto?

That's what I was thinking. Even at 15, she's hitting the max pressure, and still has a lot of FL.

No, her FLs are resolved with her higher pressure, she's hitting 20 because of the FL's.

A lot of her flow limitations were reduced by increased pressure, but they are still pretty prominent.

I think it's a good idea to consider increasing the minimum a bit more.

The frequency and duration of the FLs, suggest they are influenced by REM.
