Help reading flow rate?

Help reading flow rate?

Hi! New to the forum...
I'm trying to understand how important consistency is with the flow rates....I often get stretches that look really strange, and I'm wondering if someone could give their opinion:

Looks like normal breathing. We don't breathe at the same rate or take the same size breath every time all night long.
