OSCAR: Mac Mojave, distorted text (font)

Wondering if this is a known issue with Mac OS 10.14.6, where the text in OSCAR looks like hieroglyphics. This is the first time I've opened OSCAR since updating to Mojave.

Follow up: I'm not sure what happened, but I was able to work around the issue by going into Preferences and switching from the default font to a different font. Now it's legible again.
