Good morning everyone
Just wanted to ask a quick question. In the Oscar software I just noticed that when you look at all the settings of your machine. Where it says full face mask humidifier on or off. There is a part that says patient Access allowed. Mine states no. Can someone tell me what this is and how to change it in the critical menu.
I definitely know how to get in the critical menu but I don’t know what setting this is.

Means nothing except the machine settings bugs that plague Sleepyhead also plague OSCAR.
Nothing you can do about it. Ignore it. Mine says "no" also and that's not correct either.
Information reported in the machine settings sometimes is wrong...known bug that is yet to be fixed.

On your machine, go to the Clinician menu, and set Options->Essentials to Plus.
Note: I’m not sure whether you are saying the problem is just in Oscar, or you really can’t change it from the patient menu. Setting Essentials to Plus will allow you to do more and see more from the Patient menu (including a better sleep report).
